HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED
As soon as I receive your order (via what’s app, email, fax or sms), I will follow up with a acknowledgement message and there after with an invoice indicating what you have to pay and also my bank details.
I work on a payment with order principle and need 50% payment when submitting order and balance of 50% on delivery.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unfortunately I have to set terms and conditions on orders, payments, deliveries etc as I’ve experience problems lately and loose a lot of commission due to me having to pay for cancelled orders and deliveries not taking place.
From date of submitting order to me, 5-7 working days for delivery must be allowed. Delivery might be quicker depending on if I have stock or not. My suppliers depend on couriers for delivery and thus delivery might be influenced from time to time.
Delivery will be done free of charge at your delivery address if within 15 km’s from me. If you are more than 15 km’s from me, you need to collect your order from me or pay an additional delivery fee. For non Pretoria areas, I can courier your order at an additional cost via Aramex couriers.
If you are unsure about the delivery fees, please contact me and I will assist you in this. Delivery fees are calculated according to the km’s you are from my address.
The delivery date of 5-7 working days are only a approximate date and might change or be delayed. Changes in delivery dates will be communicated to you and new date will be scheduled if necessary.
QUALITY OF ORDER
Any problems with the quality of your order, an allergic reaction, incorrect order or damaged product must be communicated to me as soon as possible with the details via email in order for me to take the appropriate action. If you do not communicate your problem to me within 4 days of delivery, I will accept that all is in order and no action will be taken after 4 days without notifying me.
ERROR BY CLIENT
Credits cannot be given for orders submitted in error by client. Incorrect orders can be corrected but there might be extra costs involved, depending on the error and products involved. Orders submitted in error by representative or supplier will be credited or corrected if possible. It is to the utmost importance that you make sure that your order is send correctly to me.
Please ensure that your order is complete when receiving it and report shortages within 3 days of delivery. After this period it will be accepted that your order is correct and complete. No correction will be done after 3 days of delivery without shortage notice.
MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
As an Independent Representative, I must submit orders to the minimum amount of R550 to the suppliers and thus orders below R550 will not be placed immediately but kept separate until the amount of R550 was reached. Orders above R550 or if I have other orders to add, will be placed immediately.
ORDER SUBMITTED DATE
Orders are submitted 3 times a week to the suppliers which is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 17h00.
Orders are submitted 3 times a month which is 4th, 14th and 25th of the month.
METHODS OF PAYING FOR MY ORDER
Payment with order. 50% deposit needs to be paid when submitting order and 50% balance to be paid on delivery.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT PAYMENT OR EXACT AMOUNT READY WHEN DELIVERY OR COLLECTION IS DONE AS I DO NOT CARRY CHANGE WITH ME ALL THE TIME.

Deposit for Aluminium Camping Tables is 50% when submitting order and 50% when delivery is done.
The reason why you need to pay a deposit is due to me experiencing a lot of problems with regards to cancellation of orders and not being available when delivery is done. Products can not be returned once ordered and if cancellation or delivery cannot be done I suffer the loss.
CANCELLING OF ORDERS
Please note that when you order something and decide that you don’t want the order anymore, it cannot be cancelled. My suppliers do not work on accounts and I need to pay upfront when submitting orders. Clients will be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered on the scheduled delivery date and orders that are cancelled after ordered. In such case, you will forfeit your deposit to pay for my loss and fuel. I will also have the right to not assist you in future if you cancel order or delivery cannot be done due to a loss that I’ve experienced.
When I schedule a delivery date and time with you it is because of a reason. I normally have more than 1 delivery scheduled for that day. Deliveries will be done from 15h30 until 17h00 on weekdays and from 09h00 until 13h00 on weekends and public holidays. I will confirm delivery thus if you confirm that you are available, please be available when I arrive at your delivery address. I do give a 30 minute travelling time as I travel from Pretoria CBD and cannot guarantee that the traffic flow will be in my favor all the times.
If you cannot attend to me when I arrive at your delivery address or if you cannot accept receipt of your order, please ensure that you have someone to receive your order and pay me.
I cannot leave a order and let you pay afterwards or come back for delivery and payment a second time thus ensure that you have payment ready for me (50% balance).
WAITING ON DELIVERY DAY IF SCHEDULED
Please take note that I cannot wait for you for more than 5-10 minutes on the date of delivery as I normally have more than one delivery. If I have to wait for you, my other client order deliveries are also delayed. I schedule deliveries to ensure that time is not wasted. Please be considered to me in this instance.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT OF 50% OR CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY OF VIA EFT BEFORE DELIVERY / COLLECTION
Yes, you have to pay 50% deposit when submitting your order to me. The reason for this is then I do not suffer a loss when you cancel or are not available when I deliver.
CAN A ORDER BE LEFT WITH ME OR SOMEONE ACCEPTING MY ORDER AND PAYING AFTERWARDS VIA EFT
Unfortunately I can not leave an order with you or allow you to collect the order and pay after delivery or collection via EFT as I work on a payment with order basis only.
DO I GET DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER
Unfortunately I cannot give any discounts on your order because the commission level is low. I cannot give products for less than advertised in the brochure. I can however if your order can be satisfied from my stock, give you the price as in the current brochure and not what I originally bought it for.
DO I GET A FREE GIFT WHEN ORDERING
I can give you a free gift if your order is above R 750 but if it is below this amount I cannot offer free gifts as I have to buy the free gift in order to give it to you. Terms and conditions apply.
As soon as I receive your order via what’s app, email, sms or fax, I will send you an invoice with my banking details in order for you to pay 50% deposit and confirm the order.
Invoice from me will confirm receipt of order. Proof of payment from you will confirm placing of order at the supplier.
